Traditionally, people qualify their seasons as Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. I tend to categorize the year by major events. We’ve got football season, Christmas holidays, birthdays, and now it’s the “start of school”. Today was the first day of our new school, we’re off to 3K. All was going well until I asked my son to walk ahead of me to get the classic backpack photo, he tripped, and fell on the sidewalk. Let the tears commense.
In addition to new backpacks and school supplies, it is the time for new sign up lists. At school and church, let the volunteering begin! All of those volunteeres have to be organized, every service and activity. ACS Technologies has partnered with Ministry Scheduler Pro for the further scheduling capabilities of your volunteers. This integration works with your Access ACS data. There is no cost, just the need for some basic setup. The integration works with our Access ACS API. You don’t have to do any programming, it has been taken care of for you. Just sign up for a SecurityID for the API. If you give that to Ministry Scheduler Pro along with your site number, the integration is made available to you. This will keep you from having to re-key in all of the individual data you already have in your ACS database.
